Ingredients
- 2 blocks of extra firm Tofu
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Press and drain tofu
- Put the tofu in a large bowl and use a fork to crumple it up
- Add the other ingredients to the bowl and mix until semi smooth consistency
*** To press tofu, put a handful of paper towels on a plate. Place the block of tofu on the paper towels and cover the tofu with another handful of paper towels and then another plate. On the top plate, place some heavy cans. Press for about 15 minutes.
